Teaching Cognitive Work Analysis
The Center for Human-Information Interaction has developed instructional programs for students and is working on teaching programs and tool kits for practitioners. This will enhance the framework's application by individual researchers as well as workplace applications in private and public agencies and organizations.

The Center will be involved in instructional programs on two levels:
  1. For students who plan to employ the framework on their jobs, whether practice or research

  2. For practitioners who want to employ the framework to resolve problems in human-information interaction they encounter in their work places.
Instructional methods and curricula will be developed on both levels, and for face to face as well as remote delivery.
