Building Access
When you have been added to the payroll system, you will be eligible to receive a Husky Card, which provides access to your classroom in MGH during off hours via the card reader on the door. Contact Crystal Yost if you anticipate needing a Husky Card.
If you are teaching an evening or weekend class in Mary Gates Hall, please make sure you have arranged for access. Ann Corboy, in the iSchool main office (370 Mary Gates Hall), handles door swipe card access requests and door alarm controls for Mary Gates Hall.
Equipment
To see what equipment may be available in a classroom, go to the Classroom Support Services web page. You will need a password for computers that are available in classrooms. Classroom Support Services provides logon information and a key to access this and other equipment. To obtain an account to log on through a classroom computer, fill out the request form at http://www.css.washington.edu/AccountRequest.
For equipment questions or support:
- MGH 420 and 430 are maintained by the iSchool.
- For all other classrooms: Classroom Support Services at 206-543-9900.
If the equipment you require is not available in the classroom, please contact gahelp@uw.edu.
