2007 iSchool Art Show

Art Submissions - Due April 13

It's time to submit your creations for the 2007 iSchool Art Show! Students and faculty members from the iSchool community are encouraged to make submissions. The artworks will be displayed on the 4th floor of Mary Gates Hall beginning April 16th.

To make a submission, fill out this form and email it to Jeff Winter (wjw4 at u.) If possible, please include a digital photo of your submission for the iArts website gallery.

Some things to keep in mind when submitting a piece for the show:

  • You may submit more than one work of art, if you like.
  • Your submission does not have to be created specifically for the show; we accept old and new pieces of art.
  • Artworks may not project more than 3 feet from the wall or be inherently dangerous (sharp metal edges, shoot flames, etc.). Heavy items may be difficult to wall mount safely.
  • The 4th floor of MGH is open to the general public; please keep this in mind when you make submission decisions.
  • MGH is not a secured area; be aware that things may happen that are out of our control.

    • The iSchool Art Show is expanding its horizons for 2007! Send in your postcard (or postcard-sized) creations this year's show!

    Please put your name and the name of your artwork on the back of the postcard, and include your contact information on the back of your postcards and a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like them returned.

    Please deliver your artworks to the 4th floor of Mary Gates Hall by April 13th (either the iArts mailbox or to Dowell in Student Services).

    This year we will be celebrating the art show opening with wine and an hors d'oevres potluck! Please contact reception coordinator Miriam Rigby (rigbym at u.) if you would like to contribute food.
